Benevolence Form

Assistance is primarily available for CHBC attendees. However, on occasion it may also be available for OKC residents living in zip code 73132.  Assistance may only be granted 3 times in a 12-month period.  All requests are reviewed and prayed over by the CHBC Benevolence Team.

We will do our best to be of assistance to you. However, there are many times when our ministers are unavailable or just can't meet your need. It is our recommendation that you try to contact one of the numbers at the bottom of this list as they are designed to assist in many areas.
